Job Summary: RawWay Staffing is seeking a dedicated Lab-Warehouse Coordinator to act as a crucial connection between laboratory and warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials and supplies essential for laboratory functions. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, properly storing lab materials, and coordinating between teams to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between laboratory and warehouse teams to streamline material needs and delivery schedules.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for laboratory supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.

• Oversee the proper storage, labeling, and handling of sensitive laboratory equipment and materials.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, including the handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

• Manage shipping and receiving of lab-specific items, verifying delivery accuracy and condition.

• Collaborate with laboratory staff to forecast material needs and adjust inventory accordingly.

• Maintain detailed records of inventory, shipments, and material usage within lab operations.

• Conduct inspections of lab storage areas to maintain proper organization and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in warehouse, laboratory, or inventory management roles.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, materials, and safety protocols.

• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Physical ability to lift and transport materials as required.

Work Environment: This position involves working in both laboratory and warehouse settings, handling sensitive materials and heavy equipment. Adherence to strict safety procedures is a must.
