Job Title: Concession Server – VIP Suite Location: Frisco, TX 

Job Overview: RawWay St is looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Concession Servers for VIP Suites at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX! This position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are eager to deliver exceptional service to VIP guests.

We are also seeking Warehouse Workers to support our operations with efficient inventory management and shipment handling.

Responsibilities – Concession Server:

• Greet and serve VIP suite guests with professionalism and friendliness.

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.

• Assist with setting up, restocking, and maintaining the suite area before, during, and after events.

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.

• Proactively address guest needs and resolve issues to enhance their experience.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high-energy, efficient working environment.

Responsibilities – Warehouse Worker:

• Pick and pack customer orders into bins, boxes, and containers.

• Maintain an inventory list and assist with restocking products and supplies.

• Report defective products and maintain thorough notes and documentation.

• Review and process invoices and supply records as directed.

• Ensure a safe warehouse environment with an organized workstation.

• Address complaints and notify leadership of shipping or receiving issues.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements – Concession Server:

• Prior experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a premium or VIP setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements – Warehouse Worker:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience working with inventory control systems preferred.

• Familiarity with warehouse paperwork and inventory counting is a plus.

• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures.

• Must be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items.
